Champion Access transforms the lives of entire families by connecting to adults who want to improve their lives through work. Engaging with adults in the food service industry connects Champion Access to an industry which is at the center of the city economy and therefore has ripple effects on all of New York City.

Earning a first promotion can change one person. One person can change one family. One family can impact one community. And with enough lives, families, and communities impacted, we can create larger scale social change.

2011 has been a good year for us. Please help keep the momentum going into 2012 to improve our programming, expand our impact, and create more sustainable career pathways for New York City's underemployed talent.
